ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction, directing the respondents to provide Public Distribution Supply Card to him, based on his application dated, 05.06.2013 and representation dated, 23.08.2016.

2. According to the petitioner, he applied before the second respondent/Tahsildar, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District, on 05.06.2013, for obtaining Public Distribution Supply Card.

Subsequently, he made another representation dated 23.08.2016. But no orders was passed on his application. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Muruganandham, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents.

respondent/Tahsildar, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District is directed to consider the petitioner's application dated 05.06.2013 and pass suitable orders in accordance with law, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
