ORDER

The petitioner seeks what is known as thoraya patta from the second respondent. He has given an application in this regard. 2.The second respondent is directed to dispose of the said application and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
