ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are in judicial custody since 27.08.2018 and 30.08.2018 respectively, for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 342, 323, 324, 307 of IPC and r/w Section 4 of the TNPWH Act in Crime No.141 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. They seek bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to election motive between them, the petitioners the attacked de-facto complainant with aruval, knife, iron rod and wooden stick and caused injuries. Hence, the complaint.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the investigation is pending. 4.Considering the above facts and circumstances and also considering the period of incarceration of the petitioners, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail subject to the following conditions:

(i) the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Peraiyur, Madurai District. (ii) the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation;
