This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No.20461 of 2025 dated 05.03.2026. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the fact that the investigation is completed and the charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Court, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
