ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction, directing the second respondent to return the registered sale deed dated 22.02.2024 bearing Registration No.1339 of 2024 to her.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the document which was presented for registration was already released.

3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to seek refund of stamp duty, if she is entitled for in the manner known to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
