Considering the limited prayer, this writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2. Mr.M.Alagathevan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

3. The petitioner has sought for patta for the lands stood in the name of his brother, namely, P.S.M.Ubayathulla, who died on 15.05.2013. It is claimed that the said Ubayathulla left a Will dated 08.03.2013. The patta granted to Ubayathulla has also been produced.

4. Hence, there will be a direction to the first respondent -

Tahsildar, Ramanathapuram Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 12.09.2015, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to enclose a copy of the representation dated 12.09.2015 as well as a copy of the Will dated 08.03.2013, along with a copy of this order and communicate the same to the first respondent, namely, the Tahsildar, Ramanathapuram Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, forthwith. The first respondent shall follow the usual procedures while effecting transfer of patta.
