Mrn 2.On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that the case against the petitioners is ended in acquittal on 23.12.2022 in C.C.No.17 of 2020 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Ramanathapuram. 3.In view of the submission made by the prosecution, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
