President of the village panchayat is interfering with administrative of the village panchayat, with the permission of the 4th respondent Village President.

On receipt of the notice in this writ petition in WP(MD)No. 16560 of 2022, the 4th respondent has filed the other writ petition in WP(MD)No.7652 of 2023 alleging that the Vice President of the panchayat, the petitioner in WP(MD)No. 16560 of 2022 is not co-operating for the smooth administration of the village panchayat.

2.The dispute appears to be between the President and the Vice President of the Pattakuruchi village panchayat with regard to the administration of the village panchayat. Therefore, these writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to the District Collector, Tenkasi to conduct an enquiry with regard to the allegations made in these writ petitions and take appropriate action in accordance with law. No costs.
