ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 I.P.C, in Crime No.126 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant namely Karthick, gave a complaint before the respondent police as against the petitioners herein stating that the petitioners have promised to do joint business to him and they got amount Rs.15,00,000/- from the defacto complainant and cheated him. Hence, the complaint.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.The learned counsel for the intervenor/defacto complainant submitted that the petitioners already filed a petition in Crl.O.P (MD)No.17049 of 2017, for granting of anticipatory bail, in which, this Court was directed the petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.5 lakhs to the defacto complainant. But, they failed to comply the said condition and suppressed the said fact, they filed this present Criminal Original Petition.

5.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

6.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed sd/- 09/10/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.) Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai - 625 023.
