PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the fourth respondent forthwith to disburse the petitioner's provident fund and gratuity together with an interest of 12% within a time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the fourth respondent to disburse the petitioner's provident fund and gratuity together with an interest of 12%.
2.Mr.M.Pandiarajan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 5 and Mr.D.Shanmugaraja Sethupathi, learned counsel takes notice for the sixth respondent. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that with reference to the prayer sought for in this writ petition, the petitioner sent a representation to the fourth respondent on 08.11.2017. But, no action has been taken till date. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court for the relief stated supra. 4.In reply, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 08.11.2017 would be considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5.In agreement with the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.11.2017 on merits and in accordance with law after affording due opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to enclose a copy of this order along with such representation.
6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
