ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.not known of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and the defacto complainant were in live in relationship. While so, the petitioner prepared to marry another girl namely Divya on 09.09.2021. At that time, the defacto complainant insisted him to marry her, but the petitioner refused to marry the defacto complainant and threatened her. 3. Considering the nature of offence, this Court, by an earlier order dated 14.09.2021, granted an order of interim protection and directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police for enquiry.

4. Today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner did not appear for the enquiry.

5. Considering the conduct of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
