Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 341 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.670 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that when the defacto complainant went to the house of the petitioner for collection of the instalment amount the defacto complainant scolded the petitioner and his hench men with filthy language and trying to attack the petitioner's mother and in order to prevent the said act, the petitioner attacked the defacto complainant with Aruval, in which, he sustained injuries and hence, the complaint.. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has nothing to do with the commission of offence as alleged by the prosecution. 4.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submitted that the injured is still taking treatment in the hospital and the investigation is pending.

the seriousness of the offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
