ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 417, 420, 323, 506(i) IPC, in Crime No.Not known of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, submitted that the defacto complainant has withdrawn the complaint, based on which, they have closed the petition enquiry.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this criminal original petition stands closed.
