ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside and relax the condition- III imposed on the petitioner by the Principal District Court, Tirunelveli in Crl.M.P. No. 1758 of 2026 dated 29.04.2026 before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m for a period of one month. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the rival submissions made by either side, the condition imposed by the Principal District Court, Tirunelveli in Crl.M.P. No. 1758 of 2026 dated 29.04.2026 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered. The other conditions imposed in the said order shall remain intact. 05.06.2026 tta 2/4
