in I.A.No.1755 of 2016 in S.A.No.316 of 2016 of the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Coimabtore (In-charge of Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai) in so far as it relates to the imposition of conditions for grant of stay pending disposal of the above writ petition. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.AL.GANTHIMATHI, Advocate for the petitioner and Mr.G.R.Swaminathan, Assistant Solicitor General of India on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN,J.) This writ petition has been disposed of on 14.09.2016 and since the post of the Presiding Officer / Chairman of the Debts Recovery Tribunal at Chennai has not been filled up, this Court instructed Mr.G.R.Swaminathan, learned Assistant Solicitor General of India, to get instructions as to the filling up of the said post.
2. Mr.G.R.Swaminathan, learned Assistant Solicitor General of India, on instructions, submitted that the selection process is already over and the matter will be placed before the Cabinet Committee for getting approval and as and when approval is given, the post of Presiding Officer will be filled up.
3. The said submission is placed on record. No further order is necessary.
