COMMON ORDER By consent of both the parties, these Writ Petitions are taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.
Heard Mr.S.Ramsundarvijayraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.M.Siddharthan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

The petitioners who are serving as Senior Resident at the fourth respondent Medical College have preferred representations for availing the unpaid allowances and in order to rectify the CPS deductions and also to implement G.O.Ms.No.293 of 2018, Health and Family Welfare Department, dated 18.06.2021. Since the said representations were not considered by the respondents so far, the petitioners are before this Court with these Writ Petitions.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that since there was discrepancies found in granting allowances as per 3/7
G.O.Ms.No.293 of 2018, Health and Family Welfare Department, dated 18.06.2021 and CPS deductions were also found to be incorrect, the petitioners preferred representations.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the representations of the petitioners would be considered by the respondents in the light of G.O.Ms.No.293 of 2018, Health and Family Welfare Department, dated 18.06.2021, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

In the light of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the respondents herein to pass final orders on the representations of the petitioners, dated 26.06.2024 in the light of G.O.Ms.No.293 of 2018, Health and Family Welfare Department, dated 18.06.2021, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the claim of the petitioner and it is open to the respondents to consider the same on its own merits.

7. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
