deposit Rs.5,000/- to the president Treasurer Bar Association Sivagangai in Cr.M.P.No.1746/2024 dated 26.06.2024 on the file of the Principal District Sessions Judge Sivagangai with extension of time in Crl.M.P.No.197 of 2024 dated 30.05.2024, on the file of the Principal District Sessions Judge, Sivagangai.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits the the petitioner was granted bail with certain conditions by the lower Court on 30.05.2024, in Crl.M.P.No.197 of 2024 and thereafter, he has filed an application for extension of time for complying with the conditional order imposed by the Court and the same was extended for 15 days in Crl.M.P.No.1746 of 2024, on 26.06.2024, with a condition that the condition imposed to the petitioners to deposit Rs.5,000/- to the president Treasurer Bar Association Sivagangai. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has filed this Petition, to modify the condition passed in Crl.M.P.No.1746 of 2024, dated 26.06.2024.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are coolie workers and hence, they could not mobilize the said money and prayed the same to be modified.
4. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Petition is allowed and the order in Crl.M.P.No.1746 of 2024, dated 26.06.2024 on the file of the Principal District Sessions Judge Sivagangai is modified to the effect that the petitioners to deposit Rs.1,000/- to the president Treasurer Bar Association Sivagangai and the time is extended for a period of two weeks in Crl.M.P.No.197 of 2024 dated 30.05.2024, on the file of the Principal District Sessions Judge, Sivagangai.
