O R D E R

*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner filed this writ petition to direct the respondents to remove the TASMAC Shop bearing No.3309 located at Saanarpatti Pudhuvazhvu Maiyam on the eastern side of Road running between Nathambadipatti and Saanarpatti Village, Dindigul District.

2.It is the greivance of the petitioner that there is a Government institution giving training to the rural women and it is situated very near to the TASMAC Shop.

3.The representation submitted by the petitioner is pending with the District Collector. We direct the District Collector to depute the jurisdictional Tahsildar to inspect the property in question. The Tahsildar shall prepare a sketch of the property indicating the institution in the nearby area including the Government tailoring institute. sketch shall be submitted by the Tahsildar to the District Collector. The District Collector is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 07 April 2017 in the light of the report submitted by the Tahsildar, and after hearing him. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.The writ petition is disposed with the above direction. No costs.
