PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.76 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A5 herein, who was arrested on 27.08.2021 for the alleged offence under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 307, 323, 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C, in Crime No.76 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 21.08.2021 at about 11.30 hours, the accused persons' friend one Ajith was arrested by the respondent police for illicit sale of Ganja. The accused had suspected the defacto complainant was the one who had given information to the respondent police. So as to take revenge, the accused persons had inhumanly assaulted the defacto complainant by using deadly weapons and abused him with filthy language and also threatened him with dire consequences. CRL OP(MD). No.13393 of 2021 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the only overt act against the petitioner in the FIR is that he manhandled and pushed down the informant. He has been falsely implicated in the case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that investigation is yet to be completed. 5.Considering the nature of offence, and the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
