O R D E R

This Writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent herein to grant forthwith no charge and no dues certificate and 'no provisional pension granted certificate' to the petitioner so as to enable the petitioner to get the pension, D.C.R.G., Earn Leave Surrender, Leave on private affairs, Special Provident Fund, Regular Provident Fund and Commutation of pension as sanctioned by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the Principal Accountant General(A&E) vide proceedings No.P10/11018330/2PPO No.R11018330/EDG, dated 20.12.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the Writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4. Though the Writ petition is for issuing a positive direction, the learned counsel for the petitioner submit that the petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 30.03.2017.

5. Considering the limited scope of the prayer now sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner before this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's case, this Court is inclined to issue the following direction:- "The first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 30.03.2017, and grant such certificates on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
