ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A3, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 355, 323 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.69 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to wordy quarrel, the petitioner and other accused abused and assaulted the de-facto complainant and threatened him with dire consequences. Hence, the case.

3.Heard. Perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report. It is reported that the petitioner is having five previous cases.

4.It is seen that this is the second application for anticipatory bail and already the petitioner along with A1 and A2 have moved an application for anticipatory bail before this Court in https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10126 of 2023 and this Court dismissed the application in respect of the third accused is concerned and allowed in respect of the first and second accused are concerned on 09.06.2023. There is no change in circumstances of the case, even then, the petitioner without surrender, keep on filing the petition for anticipatory bail. Hence, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
