Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 307, 323 and 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in crime No.259 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is running a business of furniture store room at Vervilambi nearby market. The petitioners came to the defacto complainant's store and demanded a sum of Rs.2,000/- from the defacto complainant and also they attacked the defacto complainant with iron rod and stick and scolded with filthy language. Hence, the complaint. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 4.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submitted that this is the second application filed by the petitioners and earlier, the petitioners filed Crl.O.P.(MD) No.15496 of 2018,wherein, this Court dismissed the petition as against the petitioners. Therefore, there is no change of circumstance and hence, he opposed the anticipatory bail.

5.Taking note of the facts and circumstances, since there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
