ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the third respondent to file the final report in Crime No.218 of 2020 dated 15.07.2020 and proceed the same as per law.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police seeks three months time to complete the investigation.
3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) the second respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.218 of 2020 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
