ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus as against the respondents 1 and 3 herein to deposit the amount made by the petitioner's sister in law Tmt. Sironmani with their branch to the petitioner by considering the Registered will made in Document No.1/2021, dated 08.01.2021 on the file of the Joint Sub Registrar, Sivagangai.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent submits that the amounts have already been released to the writ petitioner. As far as the 3rd respondent is concerned, he has raised certain objections. Therefore, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the request of the petitioner dated 21.03.2023 and pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
