ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to survey the properties comprised in S.F.No.12/1E2 admeasuring to an extent of Acre 1.00, S.F.No.24/2 admeasuring to an extent of Acre 0.911⁄2 , S.F. No.298/1 (West Portion) admeasuring to an extent of Acre 0.62 out of Acre 0.74, S.F.No.24/3 (West Portion) admeasuring to an extent of 52 cents out of Acre 1.04, S.F.No. 298/1 (East Portion) admeasuring to an extent of Acre 0.12 out of Acre 0.74, S.F.No.22/1A1 admeasuring to an extent of Acre 4.521⁄2 out of Acre 4.871⁄2, S.F.No.22/4 admeasuring to an extent of Acre 0.94 out of Acre 1.04, S.F. an extent of Acre 0.40 situated at Tiruvalachipatti Village, Thiruverumbur Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District.

According to the petitioner, he purchased the subject property under various sale deeds dated 01.03.2007, 28.06.2007, 25.10.2007, 06.12.2007, 06.03.2008, 23.04.2008, 10.08.2009, 30.12.2009, 30.12.2009, 14.12.2011, 30.01.2012, 25.03.2019, 25.03.2019 and 26.03.2019 respectively. The revenue documents like patta was also issued in the name of the petitioner subsequent to the sale in his favour. The petitioner submitted a representation before the first respondent on 22.01.2025 seeking survey of the subject property on the ground that he already paid required survey charges. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 5, would submit that though the petitioner produced payment of survey charges, he has not produced acknowledgment for submission of online application.

4. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the petitioner is directed to produce acknowledgment for online application before the second respondent within a period of two (2) weeks from

the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the acknowledgment, the second respondent shall consider the online application of the petitioner and pass final orders on its own merits within a further period of six (6) months, after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
