ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to 1st respondent to dispose the petitioner's Revision Petition dated 20.12.2016 against the order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 11.11.2016 in accordance with law within a time frame. 2.The case of the petitioner is that he filed a revision petition before the first respondent on 20.12.2016 as against the order passed by the second respondent dated 11.11.2016. However, the revision petition has not been disposed of till date. In such circumstances, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking a Writ of Mandamus.

3.Mr.D.Muruganantham, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has no objection for giving a limited direction to the first respondent to dispose of the Revision petition filed by the petitioner.

4.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to pass orders on the revision petition dated 20.12.2016, said to have been made by the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
