This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support therof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Srikanth,Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.A.Thiruvadikumar,Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents, this court made the following order:

[Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.] This petition is filed to modify the order dated 17.06.2025 passed in W.P.Crl.(MD)No.197 of 2025 and permit the petitioner to report before the Sayalkudi Police Station instead of Kadaladi Police Station, during the leave period.
2. We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.The condition imposed by this Court in W.P.Crl.(MD)No.197 of 2025, dated 17.06.2025 is modified to the effect that during the leave period the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Sayalkudi Police Station daily at 07.00 a.m., and 07.00 p.m., onwards without fail.
