:Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the tender notice No.DIPR/3550/Tender/2016, dated 31.08.2016 under the Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department "Tamil Nadu Rural Roads Improvements Scheme ("TNRRIS") on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to conduct a fresh tender by calling for fresh notification.
