ORDER
The Civil Revision Petition is filed to permit the petitioner to withdraw the H.M.O.P.No.726 of 2022.
2. It is stated by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has filed the memo to withdraw the H.M.O.P.No.726 of 2022 since he intends to file an application for restitution of conjugal rights. It is his case that no orders have been passed in the said memorandum.
3. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of at the admission stage on the following terms:- (i) The learned Family Judge, Tiruchirappalli, is requested to take up the memo filed by the petitioner dated 22.05.2023 and pass orders thereon in accordance with law, on the next hearing after the receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. 01.08.2024 Index : No NCC : No PKN 2/4
