PRAYER (in W.P.(MD) No.6701 of 2017): Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records relating to the tender notification uploaded by the 3rd respondent on 18.03.2017, with regard to contract work relating road work for the year 20162017 mentioned in the Thai II Scheme 2016-17 package No.09, Budalur Block for work No.I, strengthening to NH to Sivankovil road @ Pudhukkudi Panchayat (KM 0/0-1/240), No.2, Renewal BT to Pudhukariyapatti to Sivankovil Road @ Sanoorapatti Panchayat (KM 0/0-3/100) and quash the same as illegal and further direct the 3rd respondent to conduct the entire tender process in accordance with law.

PRAYER (in W.P.(MD) No.6389 of 2017): Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records relating to the tender notification uploaded by the 3rd respondent on 16.03.2017, with regard to contract work relating road work for the year 20162017 mentioned in the Thai II Scheme 2016-17 package No.10, Thirvaiyaru Block for work No.I, strengthening to Semmankudi to Okkakudi Via Villiyanur km 0/0-2/350 No.II, Strenthening to Chinnakandiyur Mayana Salai km 0/0-1/032 and quash the same as illegal and further direct the 3rd respondent to conduct the entire tender process in accordance with law.
