Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.MUNIYANDI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.EROTTUCHAMY, Government Advocate(Criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.6332 of 2020, dated 18.06.2020.
