ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondents not to harass the petitioner and her family members on the guise of enquiry.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that since there is a matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and his wife, she also lodged a complaint against the petitioner. Now, the matter is referred to the concerned Social Welfare Officer, for preliminary enquiry and the same is pending. 3.Recording the same, the third respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry upon the complaint received from the petitioner's wife and complete the same that too, without harassing the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
