ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to investigate the complaint against the respondents 3 & 4 on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 18.07.2022. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner's father is the owner of the property in S.No.474/2 to an extent of 7.17 cents and the same is including the houses in D.No.24, 24A, 24A1, 24A2 & 24A3. Subsequently, the father of the petitioner executed a gift deed in favour of the petitioner vide D.No. 26/2020. The respondents 3 & 4 are residing in D.No.24. Since the house in D.No.24 is need to his own purpose, he requested the respondents 3 & 4 to vacate the house. But, they refused to vacate the same and abused him in filthy language and also made threat to him. Thereby, the petitioner sent a complaint to the respondents 1 & 2.

But, it was not considered till date. Hence, the petitioner filed this petition with the above prayer. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner's representation, dated 18.07.2022 will be considered in the manner known to law.

4.Accordingly, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 18.07.2022 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
