When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submits that a case in Cr.No.72 of 2017 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) I.P.C. has been registered by the second respondent. He has also produced a copy of the F.I.R before this Court and the same is taken on file.
2. In the light of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and therefore, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
