O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondent to consider the representation dated 11.08.2016 given by the petitioner.

2. The case of the petitioner is that under the Swachh Bharath Mission (Clean India) scheme, the petitioner was granted permission by the respondent to build toilet to the beneficiary with the financial assistance of Central and State Governments and Municipality; that the petitioner had not received any allowance from the respondent, due to which, she was not able to complete the work; that the representation dated 11.08.2016 submitted to the respondent for release of the allowance has not been considered so far and hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent has submitted that the respondent is ready and prepared to consider the representation dated 11.08.2016 of the petitioner and will pass suitable orders thereon within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.

In view of the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, the respondent directed to consider the representation dated 11.08.2016 of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
