This writ petition has been filed, seeking to quash the impugned order of the 1st respondent made in Na.Ka.No.1225/2013/Vu.E.(Voo)A4 dated 29.05.2014 and also the consequential order the 1st respondent dated 13.10.2014 passed in Na.Ka.No.1225/2013/A4.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.
