O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioners in the guise of enquiry.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner reiterated the contentions raised in the affidavit.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would state that on the complaint of the 3rd respondent, the petitioners were called for enquiry and they appeared before the respondent/Police and the 3rd respondent has given a statement to the Police that no further action is necessary on her complaint and she would seek remedy before the civil forum. Therefore, recording the statement made by the 3rd respondent, the complaint was closed on 18.07.2020 and there is no harassment to the petitioners.

4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
