ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members, on the basis of the representation made by the petitioner dated 29.08.2021. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that even though the petitioner is involved in 5 previous cases, no compliant is pending against him, as on date. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that so far no complaint has been received against this petitioner and no enquiry is pending against him. He has given a listed cases, in which, this petitioner has been arrayed as accused.

4.It appears that the petitioner is facing 5 previous cases and as on date, no complaint has been received against this petitioner now and no enquiry is pending against him. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the 2nd respondent herein is repeatedly calling the petitioner. 5.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) would submit that there is no such call for enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
