O R D E R

The petitioner has sought for water connection to his house in Door No.13/88, Keelayur Colony, Pasumai Nagar, Ilaiyangudi and Sivagangai District, based on his representation dated 27.02.2014 submitted to the respondent.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel, who takes notice for the respondent. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.

3.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner has purchased a property in Survey No.193/13C, Keelayur Group, Ilaiyangudi Panchayat Union, Sivagangai District, in which he constructed a house and now he is residing there. On 10.02.2014 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and 27.02.2014, the petitioner has submitted representations to the respondent, seeking water connection. The respondent received the same and advised the petitioner to pay Rs.2,500/-. The petitioner has also paid the said amount. But, so far the respondent has not considered the representations of the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court. 4.It is agreeable for the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and to pass orders. 5.Therefore, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner 27.02.2014 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
