ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.IV, Trichy to expedite the trial process in C.C.No.103 of 2013, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The petitioner is the sole accused in the aforesaid case, which was registered on 25.11.2012 for the offences punishable under Sections 279, 337 and 304(A) of IPC and charge sheet was also registered on 28.02.2013 before the concerned Court. Now, the grievance of the petitioner is that even after a lapse of 8 years, there is no progress in the trial.

3.Considering the oldness of the crime, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.IV, Trichy to expedite the trial in C.C.No.103 of 2013 and complete the same within a period of 5 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.After the disposal of the same on merits, compliance report must be submitted to this Registry.
