This Writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the representation, dated 04.03.2017 and regularize the petitioner's service as sweeper cum messenger at second respondent office within a stipulated period.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer in the Writ petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's case, this Court is inclined to issue the following direction:- "The first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 04.03.2017, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
