ORDER

This petition is filed seeking police protection to the petitioner and his family members, based upon the complaint dated 31.08.2021.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that based upon the representation made by this petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in C.P.No.235 of 2021 and during the course of enquiry, it was found that there was a business money transaction between the petitioner and the private respondents herein, based upon which, the private respondents were insisting the petitioner to return the money immediately. During the course of enquiry, both parties appeared and the petitioner himself gave an undertaking to the effect that within 2 months, he will settle the entire amount.

3.It is also found that in respect of business transaction dispute, a civil suit is also pending before the concerned Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.13398 of 2021 So, both parties gave a statement to the effect that they will workout their remedy before the concerned Court. On that basis, it was closed on 09.08.2021. On the basis of the undertaking given by the parties, question of grant of police protection may not arise. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side), this petition is disposed of as infructuous.
