Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records in connection with the impugned tender proceedings issued by the third respondent in Tender Notice No.1/2016-17, dated 08.08.2016 and Tender Notice No.1462/2016/F-1(Main), dated 08.08.2016 and to quash the same and consequently to direct the respondents to conduct re-tender by removing enormous conditions and by making the publication in widely circulated National Newspapers.
