O R D E R
This Writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent herein to dispose of the appeal petitions, dated 15.10.2016 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
30.01.2017 preferred by the petitioner and forward the same through proper channel, namely, the fourth respondent herein within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3. Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the Writ petitions itself are taken up for final disposal.
4. Having regard to the nature of the case and the limited scope of the prayer that is sought for in the Writ petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's appeals before the first respondent, this Court is inclined to issue the following direction:- "The first respondent is directed to dispose of the appeals, dated 15.10.2016 and 30.01.2017, preferred by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
