ORDER

This revision petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction for early disposal of HMOP.No.90 of 2016 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Theni.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner/husband would submit that the respondent/wife has filed a petition in HMOP.No.90 of 2016 for restitution of conjugal rights against the petitioner and the petitioner also filed counter and the evidence is also over. It is further submitted that the petitioner earlier served as a Computer Engineer abroad and now he is unemployed. But, he has appeared for an interview for a job at Germany and he has been selected, but due to the pendency of the above HMOP, the petitioner is not able to take up his job and therefore the petitioner would pray for early disposal of the above HMOP.

3.Since it is only a petition seeking direction for early disposal of HMOP, notice to respondent is not necessary. 4.Considering the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and in the interest of justice, there shall be a direction to the learned Judge to dispose of HMOP.No.90 of 2016 on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/4

C.R.P(MD)No.1278 of 2019 merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
