ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 323, 324, 427, 506(ii) and 302 I.P.C in Crime No.356 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to civil dispute, the petitioners joint together and assaulted the defacto complainant and her mother-in-law. Due to the assault, the defacto complainant's mother-in-law, viz., Nachiyammai has breathed her lost at Sivagangai Medical College Hospital. 4.Taking note of the serious allegations made against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
