Section 528 BNSS PRAYER :- To modify the condition of the petitioner herein shall appear and sign before the respondent police station daily morning at 10.00 A.M of 30 days imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No. 1420/2025 on the file of the Vacation Sessions Judge, Sivagangai, dated 29.05.2025.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Petition is filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in 1/3

Crl.M.P.No. 1420 of 2025 on the file of the Vacation Sessions Judge, Sivagangai, dated 29.05.2025, that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent police station daily morning at 10.00 a.m., for a period of 30 days and thereafter shall apear on summons.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to comply the condition if the same has been modified to report before nearby Court or the Police Station at Sivagangai District.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also considering the fact and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to allow the petition. Hence, this Petition is allowed and the condition imposed by the Vacation Sessions Judge, Sivagangai, is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear and sign before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivagangai, daily at 10.30 am, until further orders.
