Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KARUNAKARAN K M, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.Manikandan, Government Advocate, on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3733 of 2023 on 27.02.2023. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that even after releasing on bail the petitioner remains absent on 17.05.2023, 28.05.2023, 10.06.2023, 11.06.2023, 16.06.2023, 18.06.2023, 19.06.2023 and from 23.06.2023 to till date and not complying the condition.

3.In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to comply the conditions until further orders and also co-operate with the investigation.
