ORDER

This criminal original petition is filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.201 of 2023 on the file of 6th Respondent Police to the file of 1st respondent police or any other investigating agency.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that after completion of investigation, the final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.58 of 2025.
