Ft. 2.90 Cents, 1250 Sq. Ft. 2.90 cents and 2178 Sq. Ft situated at Plot Nos.553, 550 and 515 respectively in Shri Ashikaa City, P.Thuraichamypuram Village, Ottapidaram Taluk, Thoothukudi District on the basis of petitioners' online applications, dated 02.09.2016 within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

COMMON O R D E R These petitions are filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent forthwith to issue the computerized Patta in petitioners' favour in respect of their property comprised in Survey No.379/4 for an extent of 1250 Sq. Ft. 2.90 Cents, 1250 Sq. Ft. 2.90 cents and 2178 Sq. Ft situated at Plot Nos.553, 550 and 515 respectively in Shri Ashikaa City, P.Thuraichamypuram Village, Ottapidaram Taluk, Thoothukudi https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

District on the basis of petitioners' online application's, dated 02.09.2016 within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard Mr.V.Malaiyendran, learned counsel appeared for the petitioners and Mr.D.Muruganandhan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent. By consent, the writ petitions itself are taken up for final disposal.

3. The case of the petitioners is that, they are the respective owners of the above said properties situated in Survey No.379/4 at Plot Nos.553, 550 and 515 situated in Shri Ashikaa City, P.Thuraichamypuram Village vide sale deed, dated 02.09.2016 and registered as document Nos.1938, 1937/2016 and sale deed dated 02.08.2016 registered as document No.1718/2016. After purchasing the properties, they applied for issuance of Patta through online on 02.09.2016 and also paid necessary fees, but, no action was taken. Therefore, they came up with the present writ petitions. 4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent would consider the applications and take action within a reasonable time.

5. Considering the prayer sought for in these writ petitions and submissions of the learned counsels, these writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to the respondent to consider the online applications of the petitioners, dated 02.09.2016 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after hearing the necessary parties. No costs.
